The bank would like to present its entire team of approx. 150 employees on a single page. The organizational structure of the bank was also to be mapped, which required several iterations until the complex structure was fully and comprehensibly mapped.
Advisor finder
Replacement of an existing external application with a CMS-based solution.
Objectives:
- workflow optimization
- usability optimization
- implementation in the look & feel of the site
With the new application, customers could make all entries on a single page. The responsible persons are displayed with only one pageload (previously five).
The content of the advisors’ detail pages has been streamlined and also adapted to the bank’s look and feel.
