Core features
Dashboard
The dashboard is JUURLY’s core feature All information about the construction sites is collected here in chronological order. Pen input with automatic text conversion and voice input supports fast documentation directly on the construction site. This effectively saves users a lot of time, as there is no need for time-consuming post-processing in the office.
Key findings from the evaluation:
1- An extra click to call up a specific construction site is not desired, a central dashboard with all content is preferred.
2- The input field should be kept as small as possible so that more entries are visible.
3- A search function is key.
4- The automatic documentation of the weather on the construction site is a very central problem, this function must also exist as a history.
5- Forwarding todos to external users is a must.
The prototype was adjusted promptly in line with the findings.
Smart mobile helper
Time and space are tight on the construction site and on the road. The users advocated that the full range of functions is not required on the smartphone.
We met this need with the small mobile helper. Here you can quickly create a note, take a photo or record a voice message and switch from one project to the next.
User-Flows
Processes and variants facilitate communication with the customer and are central to development work.
