OPcheck
OPcheck provides neutral medical second opinions from Swiss specialists. I was responsible for the entire development process, from requirements engineering to interaction design and web development.
OPcheck receives the data on a website and arranges specialist consultations online. The target group has a heterogeneous age structure, which is why it is important that the input process is well tested and verified.

Requirements engineering
The recording of user requirements was characterized by workshops with the client, interviews with stakeholders, a market analysis and user evaluation with qualitative and quantitative surveys. The insights gained were incorporated into the requirements list and the personas.
Interaction Design
The design was implemented in several iterations. Each prototype was tested with a group of patients using a cognitive walkthrough and verified in an interview. The technical level of the prototypes grew with each iteration.
