All workflows have been completely revised and some have been added.<\/p>\n
One of the new features is the intro, which makes onboarding much easier for users.<\/p>\n
The “damage report” workflow makes it easier to report minor and major damage to the property management company. Tenants can track the processing status of their report at any time on their smartphone or desktop. <\/p>\n
A complete backend for processing and dispatching tasks was developed for property management.<\/p>\n
The Flink app also has a complete event module that can be used by tenants to plan neighborhood events. Room booking and, if required, guest apartments and parking lot management complete the range of functions. <\/p>\n
The exchange and sales market is particularly appreciated by the tenants.<\/p>\n
